Description
The division Smart Sensing and Electronics of Fraunhofer IIS is currently looking for a Semiconductor Test System (STS) of manufacturer National Instruments incl. Loadboard, Calibration Kits and software. This PXIe-based test system allows test engineering based on the previous measurements in the lab. Additionally, we are capable of performing series of tests with higher quantities, which will lead to a shorter time-to-market for neuromorphic ICs
