Description
The division Audio and Media Technologies of Fraunhofer IIS is currently looking for a contractor who can provide services as a development of new transforms, that can replace the Discrete Cosine Transform (DCT) and provide quality improvement over existing video coding standards, as part of the project „NGVC - New Generation Video Coding“.
