Description
Finnpilot Pilotage Oy is procuring PPU Navigation Software as specified in this invitation to tender and its annexes. The scope of the procurement includes the PPU Navigation Software and as an option PPU pilot plug transmitteri / GPS receivers. The scope of the procurement is estimated to be EUR 500 000 - 600 000 (VAT 0 %) for four (4) years including additional services and options. Tenderers are requested to note that the scope indicated is not binding on the contracting entity.
Award criteria
- Price — Price of the software including software, implementation costs and small development work.
- Quality — Supplier provides without additional charge an option to use external S-57/S-102 chart service provider, e.g. Primar.
- Quality — Navigation software to be able to track and record vessel's movement when the software is not active on the screen of iPad (background positioning).
- Quality — Other satellite positioning system than GPS, e.g. Galileo
- Quality — Possibility to use Trenz pilot plug unit.
- Quality — Possibility to adjust heading value.
- Quality — Monitoring mode/panel, with all key data (HDG, ROT, COG, SOG, POS, Pos source) in fixed position on the screen/UI and easily readable. Vessel's adjustable predictor and motion vectors on chart…
- Quality — Possibility to activate an alternative route during monitoring of another route.
- Quality — Next turn information (turn radius and next course to steer) indicated clearly on the monitoring panel or on the chart.
- Quality — Detailed information available of chart objects (name, light pattern, direction etc.)
- Quality — Possibility to customize user interface.
- Quality — Rendezvous point calculation from intersecting fairways/routes.
