Description
Den Dries wenst het bestaande maatschappelijke vastgoed op de site te vervangen en uit te breiden middels een nieuwbouw project dat dient ontwikkeld te worden op de grond die eigendom is van Den Dries. De financiering van deze nieuwbouw zal (deels) gevoed worden vanuit de financiële inkomsten die voortvloeien uit de projectontwikkeling van andere te vermarkten delen van de site.
