Předmětem VZ jsou kontroly, servisní zásahy klimatizačních a vzduchotechnických jednotek pro regiony jižní Čechy, severní Čechy a jižní Morava. VZ bude rozdělena na 3 části. Na základě VZ bude uzavřena pro každou část VZ Smlouva o poskytování služeb s jedním dodavatelem na období 24 měsíců.
