Description

Leistungsgegenstand ist die förmliche Zustellung von ca. 300.000 Schriftstücken/jährlich gemäß den Vorschriften der Zivilprozessordung, §§ 166 bis 190 ZPO (in der Fassung der Bekanntmachung vom 5.12.2005 (BGBl. I S. 3202; 2006 I S. 431; 2007 I S. 1781), zuletzt geändert durch Artikel 2 des Gesetzes vom 07. November 2022 (BGBl. I S. 1982)) und des Verwaltungszustellungsgesetzes (VwZG) des Bundes vom 12.08.2005 (BGBl. I S. 2354), zuletzt geändert durch Artikel 6 des Gesetzes vom 10. August 2021 (BGBl. I S. 3436). Das heißt, die Zustellung der Schriftstücke bei den Empfängern, die hoheitliche Beurkundung hierüber und die Rücksendung der Beurkundungsunterlagen an das KBA bzw. an eine Einlagerungsstelle in Deutschland sind hierbei Leistungsumfang.
