Fuer die Durchfuehrung des ERC Starting Grant Projekts HyperScaleEM schafft das Institut fuer Mikro- und Nanostrukturforschung einen flexiblen Post-Column-Energiefilter mit 4D-STEM Funktion an. Wichtige Eigenschaften: - integrierter schneller Elektronendirektdetektor - omega-q mapping bei Energieverlusten bis 700eV (bei 200kV HT) unterstuetzt - Python Programmier-Interface
