Predmet zákazky je zadefinovaný v súlade so zákonom č. 343/2015 Z. z. o verejnom obstarávaní a o zmene a doplnení niektorých zákonov (ďalej len „ZVO“) zákazka na nákup tovaru s predmetom podrobne vymedzeným v týchto súťažných podkladoch (ďalej len „SP“). Podrobná špecifikácia predmetu zákazky je uvedená v prílohe Časť B.1 Opis predmetu zákazky a Časť C.1 Príloha č. 5 - Obchodné podmienky dodania predmetu zákazky týchto SP.
