Porvoon Sähköverkko Oy korvaa kahdella sähköasemalla, Vekkoski ja Kevätkumpu, vanhat päämuuntajat uusilla. Hankintaan kuuluu kaksi (2) uutta päämuuntajaa (25 / 31,5 MVA ONAN / ONAF ja 40 MVA ONAN), yksi kummallekkin asemalle. Vanhojen muuntajien irtikytkeminen sekä toisen kuljettaminen varastoon ja toisen romuttaminen kuuluvat hankinnan laajuuteen.
