Porvoon Sähköverkko Oy korvaa kahdella sähköasemalla, Vekkoski ja Kevätkumpu, vanhat päämuuntajat uusilla. Hankintaan kuuluu kaksi (2) uutta päämuuntajaa (25 MVA ONAN ja 40 MVA ONAF), yksi kummallekkin asemalle. Vanhojen muuntajien irtikytkeminen sekä toisen kuljettaminen varastoon ja toisen romuttaminen kuuluvat hankinnan laajuuteen.
