Het doel van dit project is een nieuwe leverancier te selecteren die het volledige ontwikkeling en beheer van de websites en webservices van Port of Rotterdam op zich neemt. De aanbesteding en de daaruit volgende dienstverlening hebben als doel: Het overdragen van de verantwoordelijkheid van dienstverlening van de huidige dienstverlener naar opdrachtnemer; Het inrichten van dienstverlening voor beheren en ontwikkelen; Het realiseren van een samenwerkingsverband waarin wederzijds waarde bestaat in het werken aan kwaliteit, continue verbetering en innovatie. Transparantie is het uitgangspunt van de samenwerking.
