1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest poprawa dostępności infrastruktury turystycznej Białegostoku w ramach: Część I - Przebudowa Parku Planty i Bulwarów Kościałkowskiego, Część II – Przebudowa ulicy Akademickiej. 2. Szczegółowy zakres zamówienia został przedstawiony: 1) części I - w dokumentacji projektowej oraz szczegółowych specyfikacjach technicznych wykonania i odbioru robót (zał. nr 8 do SWZ). 2) część II - w programie funkcjonalno-użytkowym (zał. nr 9 do SWZ).
