Description
Deze opdracht heeft tot doel de levering en inbedrijfstelling van apparatuur voor het onderzoek naar en de ontwikkeling van industriële schaalbaarheid van diverse nanotechnologische toepassingen (hierna: "het Apparaat"). De apparatuur zal worden gebruikt voor het productieproces "Polymer curing", waarbij verschillende soorten organische dunne films, afgezet op verschillende substraten op Si wafers, worden uitgehard en verdampt. Dit zal ook worden gebruikt voor het uitgloeien van het substraat. Het apparaat moet ten minste geschikt zijn voor millimeterdunne substraten (wafers) met een diameter van 300 mm. Het betreft een vrijwillig toepassing van de wetgeving overheidsopdrachten vanwege de europese subsidie.
