Předmětem této veřejné zakázky jsou pojišťovací služby spojené s pojištěním profesní a obecné odpovědnosti včetně vady výrobku. Předmětné pojištění se vztahuje na činnosti zadavatele, vymezené v obchodním rejstříku a oprávnění k poskytování zdravotních služeb. Zadavatel vymezuje rozsah požadovaného pojištění v příloze č. 1 zadávací dokumentace – Poptávka na pojištění.
