Pohjois-Karjalan hyvinvointialue tekee suorahankinnan perhe- ja sosiaalipalvelujen lastensuojelun tarvitsemasta asiakaskohtaisesta sijaishuollosta Lastenkoti Aarre Oy:n kanssa 17.10.2024 alkaen jatkuen toistaiseksi voimassa olevana. Suorahankinnan perusteena on asiakaskohtainen erityistilanne 110 §. Dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän (302658 /Lastensuojelun ostopalvelujen hankintajärjestelmä) kautta ei löytynyt asiakkaan tarpeisiin sopivaa sijaishuoltopaikkaa.
