Description

Predmet naloge je pridobivanje pravice graditi za zemljišča na območji plazov Stovže Slano Blato, Macesnik, Gradišče, Koroška Bela in Laze. Na območjih plazov so predvideni gradbeno sanacijski ukrepi ter vzpostavitev sistema monitoringa. Na zemljiščih, ki so namenjena gradbenim ukrepom je pridobivanje pravice graditi v obliki odkupa ali stavbne pravice ali služnosti. Na zemljiščih, ki so namenjena vzpostavitvi sistema monitoringa je potrebno pridobiti soglasje lastnikov.
