Predmet javnega razpisa je podelitev koncesije za izvajanje predšolske vzgoje v Občini Brezovica za obdobje 15 let na podlagi 10. člena Zakona o vrtcih (Uradni list RS, št. 100/05 – uradno prečiščeno besedilo, 25/08, 98/09 – ZIUZGK, 36/10, 62/10 – ZUPJS, 94/10 – ZIU, 40/12 – ZUJF, 14/15 – ZUUJFO, 55/17, 18/21 in 85/25), 73. in 74. člena Zakona o organizaciji in financiranju vzgoje in izobraževanja (Uradni list RS, št. 16/07 – uradno prečiščeno besedilo, 36/08, 58/09, 64/09 – popr., 65/09 – popr., 20/11, 40/12 – ZUJF, 57/12 – ZPCP-2D, 47/15, 46/16, 49/16 – popr., 25/17 – ZVaj, 123/21, 172/21, 207/21, 105/22 – ZZNŠPP, 141/22, 158/22 – ZDoh-2AA, 71/23, 22/25 – ZZZRO-1 in 48/25) ter 4. člena Odloka o gospodarskih javnih službah v Občini Brezovica (Uradni list Republike Slovenije, št. 24/1996; Uradno glasilo slovenskih občin, št. 34/2026). Predviden okvirni obseg izvajanja javne službe je do 70 otrok.
