Description

Il progetto prevede la realizzazione di un nuovo polo multifunzionale, collocato nell’area dove sorgeva l’ex Arlecchino, oggi demolito; l’intervento comprende anche la riqualificazione completa dell’area circostante l’immobile, restituendo a Lido di Camaiore un punto centrale e uno spazio di incontro per la comunità. Attraverso la realizzazione del polo si andranno a creare nuovi spazi collettivi, con un bar e un ristorante, e nuovi spazi lavorativi, con uffici e sale conferenze che saranno usufruiti da ARTI (Agenzia Regionale Toscana per l’impiego), saranno, inoltre, realizzati anche un info point, e una sala conferenze.
