Description

The Ministry of Social Affairs and Health (hereinafter ”STM”) and Finnish institute for health and welfare (hereinafter "THL" or “Customer” ) request your tender for Pneumococcal Conjugate Vaccine for children and risk groups belonging to the National Vaccination Programme in Finland. The contract period is two years 2025 - 2026. The procurement contains two contract period renewals (1+1) to extend the contract for the periods 2026 - 2027 and 2027-2028. The procurement contains additional procurement option for maximum 50.000 doses but it does not create any obligation by the Customer to purchase any additional vaccine doses from Supplier. THL will supply a written notification for contract period renewals and additional procurement option with the following terms: - THL shall supply a written notification six (6) months before the end of the previous contract period. THL announces the more precise delivery plan of the contract period renewal in the written notification. The price quoted in the tender shall be applied to the Contract period renewals (2026-2027 and 2027-2028) too, however, the Supplier´s proposal for a change of price will be handled as described in Annex 1 Cont…
