Description
La présente consultation a pour objet l'acquisition de pneumatiques pour les véhicules lourds et légers de la Communauté de communes Coeur du Var (CCCV) ainsi que les prestations associées. La présente consultation est passée suivant un appel d'offres ouvert en application des articles L.2124-2 et R.2124-2 du CCP. Conformément aux articles L.2125-1 et R.2162 du CCP, les prestations s'inscrivent dans un accord-cadre mono-attributaire à bons de commande, sans minimum et avec un maximum de 400 000 EUR HT sur la durée totale du marché
