Description
Bizob besteedt aan namens de gemeenten Bergeijk, Bladel, Cranendonck, Eersel, Maashorst, Meierijstad, Oirschot, Reusel-de Mierden, Veldhoven, Vught en werkorganisatie MijnGemeenteDichtbij. De overeenkomst bestaat uit de levering van inzamelzakken van 100% gerecycled LDPE voor: Plastic, Metaal, Drankenkartons (PMD) / Plastic, Blik en Drinkkarton (PBD). In het aanbestedingsdocument spreken we overwegend van PMD. Luiers en incontinentiemateriaal, in het aanbestedingsdocument aangeduid als: luierzak-ken. De opdracht betreft een samengevoegde opdracht, in zowel geografisch opzicht (clustering van gemeenten) als op productniveau (PMD-inzamelzakken en luierzakken). Het samenvoegen in geografisch opzicht zorgt voor een zo groot mogelijk volume van het in grote mate gestandaardiseerd product. Een groot volume heeft een positieve invloed op de prijs. Daarnaast kan er door de gezamenlijke aanpak centraal contractmanagement worden uitgevoerd. Door het samenvoegen is de opdracht voor meerdere partijen interessant en de afleverafstanden zijn beperkt, omdat bestellingen gecombineerd uitgeleverd kunnen worden.
