Description

Der Oberbergische Kreis beabsichtigt das Kreishaus um 12.500 qm Nutzfläche zu erweitern. Nach Abschluss des Architektenwettbewerbs steht das Planungsbuero Hascher Jehle, Berlin, als Sieger fest. Im Vergabepaket 3 soll nun die Projektmanagementleistungen beauftragt werden. . Es ist beabsichtigt, die Ausfuehrungsleistungen an einem Generalunternehmer zu vergeben. Nach interner Freigabe werden die folgenden Projektstufen 3-5 abgerufen. Die Herstellkosten KG300/400 sind mit insgesamt 45,0 Mio. EUR Netto projektiert.
