Description
The assignments will mainly include renovation, alterations, as well as redecorating works and repairs to the Contracting Authority's buildings. This will also include works in private residences in Flesberg municipality, with replacement of coarse siege and water meters. Water meters are held by the municipality. The intention is to enter into parallel framework agreements with up to 2 tenderers. The total value of the procurement is estimated to BE NOK 3,500,000,-. excluding VAT for the entire contract period, but does not financially obligate the contracting authority to use the entire framework. The contracting authority reserves the right to announce separate procurements for major assignments that exceed NOK 250,000 excluding VAT, as well as assignments that are part of a turnkey contract.
