Description
Gjemnes municipality shall establish a framework agreement for plumbing services and emergency preparedness 24/7 of the municipal buildings in Gjemnes municipality. This includes both renovation as well as repairs and maintenance of existing buildings and minor new buildings. The contract shall cover the contracting authority ́s ongoing needs. The contracting authority has the option to extend the contract subject to verbatim terms for up to 2 years, so that the total possible length of the contract is 4 years.
