Description
Het project betreft het uitbouwen en aanbieden van microlearning via een responsieve webapp (mobile first, beschikbaar voor smartphone & PC) voor +/- 4500 gebruikers en ongeveer 20 content creators. Het projectidee past binnen "efficiënte organisatie" en heeft als doel de vele opleidingen die changes ondersteunen optimaal aan te bieden zodat de leertijd minimaal is en de retentie maximaal. Het beoogde platform moet de middelen voorzien om contentcreatie mogelijk te maken op een laagdrempelige manier via webinterface. De contentdistributie richting Mobile devices moet ervoor zorgen dat enerzijds kan gepushed worden naar specifieke doelgroepen binnen het personeelsbestand en dat anderzijds content on demand door personeelsleden kan bekeken worden via zoekfunctie of via qr-code op intranet of via abonnement op een thema. Naast de middelen voor contentcreatie is het hoofddoel dus distributie van een op vaardigheid gebaseerde aanpak van leren waarbij informatie in kleine, zeer toegespitste fragmenten wordt aangeboden.
