L'objet de cet Appel d'Offre Restreint (AOR) concerne la spécification d’un moyen de test dédié aux composants photoniques dans le but de procéder à un investissement pour le laboratoire d’expertise du CNES (DTN/QE/LE). L’appel d’offre comprend également l’installation, la formation aux utilisateurs, la garantie et la maintenance. Cet équipement sera acquis par le CNES et installé dans le laboratoire d’expertise du CNES.
