Description
Für die Objekte Karl-Liebknecht-Straße 7-11 sowie Spandauer Straße 2-4, sollen zunächst Bestandsaufnahmen durchgeführt werden, um die Lage und Größen von Bestandsleitungen in Erfahrung zu bringen. In Zuge der anschließenden Planung sollen die Bestandsleitungen in den Installationsgeschossen (3. OG) erneuert werden sowie das Trinkwassernetz vom Löschwasser getrennt werden. Hierfür sind alle notwendigen Leistungen wie Planung Netzersatzanlage, Vorlagebehälter für Löschwasser und die baulichen Leistungen wie Durchbruchsplanung usw. ebenfalls zu erbringen.
