Description
Die Gemeinde Everswinkel beabsichtigt den Neubau eines Feuerwehrhauses für die Freiwillige Feuerwehr Everswinkel am Standort Alverskirchen. Der bisherige Standort des Feuerwehrhauses in Alverskirchen wird aufgrund der fehlenden Erweiterungsmöglichkeit und den neuen gesetzlichen Anforderungen aufgegeben. Auf Basis eines vorgegebenen Raumprogramms von ca. 900 m2 soll ein funktionales Feuerwehrhaus für die insgesamt 45 ehrenamtlichen Feuerwehrleute entstehen. Der Kostenrahmen für die KG 300-400 beläuft sich auf rund 4,3 Millionen EUR brutto.
