Description

Planungsleistungen im Leistungsbild Verkehrsanlagen und Ingenieurbauwerke für den Ausbau der Straßen Lüttenheisch und Langenheisch in der Gemeinde Bordesholm entsprechend der §§ 41 ff. HOAI 2021 i.V.m. Anlage 12 und der §§ 45 ff. HOAI 2021 i.V.m. Anlage 13, Grundleistungen der Leistungsphasen 1 – 8 sowie Besondere Leistungen- stufenweise Beauftragung. Die Lph 9 ist gesondert zu betrachten. Es ist anzugeben, ob die Vergütung nach HOAI angeboten wird oder nach Aufwand abgerechnet werden soll. Entsprechend sollen die Stundensätze angegeben werden. Baugrunduntersuchungen bzw. Bohrkerne sind noch nicht vorhanden und sind je nach Erforderlichkeit separat zu vergeben. Es wird geprüft, ob ggf. auch die 80/20 Regelung nach § 3 Abs. 9 VgV einschlägig ist.
