Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind alle erforderlichen Planungs- und Ingenieurleistungen für die Vorplanung (PS 1) und die Generalplanung (PS 2 bis 4) in Anlehnung an die Honorarordnung für Architekten und Ingenieure in der Fassung von 2021 (nachfolgend HOAI), für die großtechnische Nachrüstung einer CO2-Abscheide- und Verflüssigungsanlage inkl.
