Objektplanung mit Tragwerksplanung und besonderen Leistungen ( Raum- und Bauakustik, energetische Planung, Brandschutzkonzept, Brandschutzdokumentation, SIGEKO) für die Sanierung und den Umbau der "Alten Weberei" (Industriebau) zum Kreativ-Campus. Zunächst sollen die Leistungsphasen 1 bis 3 realisiert werden. Die Beaufragung weiterer Leistungsstufen erfolgt vorbehaltlich dem Eingang von Fördermitteln.
