V. m. Anlage 15, Ziffer 15.1 HOAI (i.d.F. 2021) über die LPH 1-9 zzgl. Besondere Leistungen für den Umbau der Häuser 9/45 auf dem Klinikareal Schwabing zu einer Schule für Kranke und KiTa mit Kinder-Künste-Zentrum.
