Gegenstand dieses VgV-Vergabeverfahrens ist die hierzu erforderliche Leistung - der Projektsteuerung gem. §2 AHO Heft Nr. 9 (März 2020) in der Bauwirtschaft im Sinne der Projektsteuerung als Unterstützung der bauherrenseitigen Projektleitung der Wiederaufbaugesellschaft Eschweiler mit dem Ziel den Bauherren proaktiv gemäß den objektiven Anforderungen des Projektes zu unterstützen. Hierzu zählen: o 1. Projektvorbereitung o 2. Planung o 3. Ausführungsvorbereitung o 4. Ausführung o 5. Projektabschluss
