Es sollen die Leistungsphasen in Anlehnung an die HOAI Leistungsbild Ingenieurbauwerke erbracht werden. Es ist sowohl, die Genehmigungsplanung in Anlehnung an Leistungsphase 4 sowie die Ausführungsplanung in Anlehnung an Leistungsphase 5 zu erbringen. Darüber hinaus sind Tätigkeiten in Anlehnung an die Leistungsphasen 6, 7 und 8 zu erbringen.
