Die RVS plant ab 2025 die schrittweise Umstellung ihrer Fahrzeugflotte auf lokal emissionsfreie Antriebstechnologien. In diesem Zusammenhang schreibt die RVS die Planung und Errichtung einer Ladeinfrastruktur (LIS) inkl. zentraler Stromspeicherung mit insgesamt 16 Ladepunkten zur Depotladung von 16 Standard-Niederflurlinienbussen für Stadtverkehre mit batterieelektrischem Antrieb aus.
