Description
Planung für den Neubau der Brückenschule als 4-zügige Grundschule am Standort Rossdorf „auf der grünen Wiese“ – ca. 9.000 m² Grundstücksfläche - mit ca. 4.500 m² NUF für 450 Schüler. Es werden vier Lose gebildet: Los 1 Objektplanung; Los 2 TWP; Los 3 TGA-Planung HLS und Los 4 TGA-Planung ELT. Die Leistungen werden stufenweise beauftragt, zunächst nur bis einschließlich LP 4 Genehmigungsplanung. Ein Rechtsanspruch zur Weiterbeauftragung besteht für den Auftragnehmer nicht.
