Planung Elektroleistung (50 Hz) im Bestandsgebäude in Berlin am Markgrafendamm 24, Haus 13; Erbringung LPH 3 - LPH 7 HOAI Am Bestandsgebäude Haus 13 am Markgrafendamm 24 soll zukünftig die bestehende Elektroanlage 50Hz aufgrund von Mängeln, Alterung, etc. modernisiert bzw. zukunftsfähig erneuert werden. Eine ggf. erforderliche Planung der sonstigen Technischen Gebäudeausrüstung (insbesondere der Kostengruppe 450 DIN 276) ist nicht Bestandteil der Baumaßnahme bzw. Planung. Das Haus 13 befindet sich auf dem Bahngelände Markgrafendamm 24 in 10245 Berlin. Der in der Nähe befindliche Bahnhof Berlin-Ostkreuz ist fußläufig erreichbar.
