Description
De Opdrachtgever heeft het besluit genomen om een Europese openbare Aanbestedingsprocedure te doorlopen, waarbij een Raamovereenkomst voor de inkoop van Plantmateriaal wordt gesloten met één Opdrachtnemer, die gedurende de looptijd van de Raamovereenkomst voldoet aan de voorwaarden voor de uitvoering van de Opdracht. De jaarlijkse omvang van de levering van Plantmateriaal wordt geschat op € 125.000,- exclusief btw. De totale geraamde waarde van de Raamovereenkomst, op basis van de maximale contractduur van vier jaar bedraagt circa € 500.000,- exclusief btw.
