Description
Agder fylkeskommune (the contracting authority) invites interested tenderers to apply for admission in a dynamic procurement scheme (DPS) for planning and engineering design services for the director area transport and property. The aim of the scheme is to ensure assistance for the contracting authority, both professionally and process wise for transport projects if the contracting authority does not have the capacity to carry out the work itself.
