Description
Das Schulhaus Altenburg soll, mit möglichst minimalem Eingriff, punktuelle Anbauten für Gruppenräume erhalten. Das jetzige Kirchgemeindehaus soll mit einer Fläche von ca. 600 m2 aufgestockt, umgebaut und einer Gesamtinstandsetzung unterzogen werden. Es soll zukünftig Räume für Tagesstrukturen, diverse Schulräume und Vereinsnutzungen beherbergen. Zudem sind die Aussenanlagen auf die neue Nutzung hin anzupassen. Es wird mit Gesamtkosten von rund 12 Mio. BKP 1-9 inkl. MWST +/-30% gerechnet.
