Description
Le présent accord-cadre concerne la réalisation de modélisations hydrauliques dans le cadre de l'application du règlement du Plan de Prévention des Risques Littoraux (PPRL) approuvé en juillet 2022. En effet, dans ce cadre, l'article 4.3 « Les dispositions communes » du règlement précise que lorsque le pétitionnaire n'est pas en mesure de laisser 40 % de la surface inondable du projet pour le libre écoulement des eaux, une étude hydraulique est nécessaire pour démontrer la non-aggravation du risque.
