Pirkkalan kunta (myöhemmin myös Tilaaja) pyytää tarjouksia vakuutusturvasta ja siihen liittyvistä palveluista. Ensimmäinen vakuutuskausi: 1.7.2024 – 31.12.2024. Tämän jälkeen vakuutuskausi on kalenterivuosi. Hankintayksiköllä on oikeus vakuutuskausien aikana kilpailuttaa vakuutukset uudelleen ja siirtää vakuutukset kilpailutuksen voittajalle.
