Description
De afdeling Medische Microbiologie (MMI) is samengevoegd op locatie AMC. Hierdoor is de gecombineerde monsterstroom groot. Daarnaast bestaat de monsterstroom voor MMI uit veel verschillende materialen wat splitsen en verdelen over de afdeling een complex proces maakt. Aanschaf van deze robot vereenvoudigt dit proces en reduceert de kans op monsterverwisselingen. Het stelt de afdeling tevens in staat om sneller, beter en veiliger op te kunnen schalen in geval van uitbraken. Om te kunnen voldoen aan de eisen die op dit moment aan hoogwaardig onderzoek worden gesteld is de afdeling MMI op zoek naar een pipetteerrobot die voldoet aan de onderstaande criteria: • Aliquoting: Van primaire buis met 2 swabs in UTM naar secundaire buis/buizen Van primaire buis met 2 swabs in UTM naar 96-wells plaat Kan meerdere primaire buizen poolen in secundaire buis/96-wells plaat • Volledig geautomatiseerde pre-analyse workflow t.b.v moleculaire diagnostiek • Automatische de-capping en re-capping • Continue laden en uitladen van het systeem • On-board barcode scanner voor buizen • On-board labelprinter voor buizen • On-board vortex • BSL-2 gecertificeerd inclusief HEPA filtering • Kan aangestuurd…
