Description
There is a need for pipe inspection services, which supplement VAV ́s own pipe inspectors. The current consumption is the basis for calculating the limit of NOK 41,500,000. A framework agreement will be signed with only one tenderer. The framework agreement is exclusive. The concrete amount depends on VAV ́s changing need in the contract period. Emphasis is put on the fact that the framework agreement does not carry any purchasing obligation for VAV. See the attached requirement specifications for further information on the need.
