Description

ODAIT are considering tendering for managed ICT solutions to support our team's compute, digital storage, access and collaboration requirements. These requirements include but are not limited to; Virtual workstations in the cloud environment; Managed cloud procurement, licensing, configuration, compute requirements and integration; Flexible digital storage - initial estimate 15TB for 1 year; Monitoring of collection and usage rates, efficient for archiving, reporting, project management and cost; Access control within private instance group; Data managed and stored with GoI level data protection; Data must be transferable to other systems for records management and archiving; Collaboration between multidisciplinary teams in as close to real time as possible; Secure data storage with minimization of risks; Cost based on collection and usage rates; Assist with any training elements to the proposed solution for in-house personnel including our IT team; Provide all relevant documentation in relation to solution processes in place, process maps, security information, data responsibilities, access policies, costing plans, audit and traceability.
