Das IHP bietet verschiedene SiGe-BiCMOS Technologien für ein Multi-Wafer Programm (MPW) an. Pro Jahr bestellt das IHP ungefähr 300 Einzelmasken mit verschiedenen Anforderungen/Spezifikationen. Abhängig von den Anforderungen nutzt das IHP Multi-Ebenen-Photomasken für seine Maskensätze.
