Het doel van deze aanbesteding is dat TNO voornemens is een overeenkomst aan te gaan met één (1) opdrachtnemer voor de levering en installatie van één foto‑luminescentie-instrument (EPI)/PL‑mapper, geschikt voor volledig automatische metingen van fotoluminescentiespectra op epitaxiaal gegroeide lagen op InP‑wafers. Het systeem dient in staat te zijn om wafermaps met hoge resolutie te genereren en statistische analyses uit te voeren op alle relevante parameters.
