Description
Troms and Finnmark County (TFFK) intends to procure a new training vessel for Nord-Troms Sixth Form College, Skjervøy school place. The vessel shall primarily be used for training the school �?s pupils at VG1 and at VG2. The vessel shall however also be available for other purposes. TFFK is following up on the desire for zero and low emissions in shipping. TFFK has therefore set a goal that new vessels should have zero or low emissions. The vessel shall therefore have a hybrid propulsion machinery, primarily based on electrical progress with electrical energy from shore, but with additional production of energy on board.
