Description
De aanbesteding vindt plaats als een niet-openbare procedure op grond van het ARN2016 Deel II alsmede de Europees als oproep tot mededinging gepubliceerde Erkenningsregeling ProRail (EP2019), branchedeel Onderhoudsaannemers. ProRail beheert de Nederlandse spoorweginfrastructuur. Dit beheer valt uiteen in uitbreidingsprojecten en onderhoud. ProRail maakt voor wat betreft het onderhoud onderscheid naar dagelijks onderhoud (functiehandhaving en functieherstel) en grootschalig onderhoud en grootschalige vernieuwing van de infrastructuur. 12 maanden verlenging van "PGO Dordrecht-1"
