De opdracht betreft de inkoop van het gebruiksrecht op een personeelsinformatie & salarisadministratie-applicatie. De applicatie dient een SaaS oplossing te zijn. Inschrijver dient de applicatie beschikbaar te stellen, te implementeren (inclusief conversie data bestaande applicatie naar de te leveren applicatie), te beheren en technische en functionele (geven van trainingen en het beschikbaar hebben van een helpdesk voor vragen) ondersteuning te bieden.
